Email is the only support channel for Radionicz Forge. We write and reply in Spanish and English, and we read the other four languages of the site.

## What to write about

- **Support:** sign-in problems, sigils that will not load, application faults.
- **Billing:** charges, plan changes, cancellation, invoices.
- **Refunds:** under the [refund policy](/reembolso.html).
- **Privacy:** exercising ARCO rights and GDPR rights.
- **Press, distribution and partnerships.**
